Hi, I'm Jóna​ (pronounced Yoh-na). 

​

I studied Beauty Therapy in England, that includes becoming an aestetician, a massage therapist, doing body work, electrical treatments and more. I worked in that field for about a decade until we decided to start a family. 

​

I've always tried to take care of us and our children in as natural way as possible, but became more passionate about it after my third child was born. 

​

After trying to do things on my own for a while I started to do online classes in herbalism, and then finally took the plunge and did my aromatherapy certification course through Aromahead.

​

I have been using essential oils on and off for a few years but didn't feel confident enough to expand into all the oils without proper knowledge about them. Knowing how potent they are, and how much good they can do, as well as harm if improperly used I felt I needed to educate myself.

​

I have loved my time studying at Aromahead, and if you're looking for a good school I highly recommend them.
